Scott Malone for Reuters...Police told people who lived near the Norfolk Street building in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where they earlier arrested a woman to expect a loud noise as they prepared to detonate an unspecified device.
So now we have three people. A woman with an explosive device and two kids - one dead - one supposedly surrounded.
