Awe you don’t need nothin to trigger media bias other than a conservative ideal, bias just comes naturally to the general media.

There would have been no debate without the media. It was purely media driven and would have been a non-issue without their 24-7 efforts to make it look like a debate. It was 99.999% theater, complete with actors and props. Just like everything this administration does. A recent poll showed that only 4% of America even thought that “gun control” was an important issue to pursue. Sorry, I am too lazy to look up the poll but I’m sure a quick search will find it if you are inclined to check me.

Bill O’Reilly called for federal gun registration on his show and castigated Obama for doing an ineffective job.
But O’Reilly is an idiot.

This is a funny story, coming from Politico as it is.

Even by the standards of todays partisan media environment, the response has been noteworthy. Television hosts, editorial boards, and even some reporters have aggressively criticized and shamed the 46 Senators who opposed the plan, while some have even taken to actively soliciting the public to contact them directly. I bet several of them do indeed get contacted directly.
