Interesting. Email FoX news earlier. That the comments on the FIVE about white hat being bowed leg and the positions of the hands in the video reminded me of a neighbor who was born with a physical/ mental problem. Any one with knowledge of CP or similar birth defects?

Yes, there is no way that it would be natural or look natural walking with a weighted backpack on your right side and left shoulder drooping downward towards the left. There is definently something wrong with the suspects left side/arm/shoulder. If he was trying to compensate for the weight,by leaning to the left, he would be tripping over his feet. This is the same guy in the facebook photo.
