Yes, there is no way that it would be natural or look natural walking with a weighted backpack on your right side and left shoulder drooping downward towards the left. There is definently something wrong with the suspects left side/arm/shoulder. If he was trying to compensate for the weight,by leaning to the left, he would be tripping over his feet. This is the same guy in the facebook photo.
In the recent enhanced version of the pic, there is something wrong with his face. Given his gait, his shoulders/arms, and the angular look of his face, I am wondering if he was born with some kind of disease/general deformity. Would like others’ input into whether they agree that his face looks odd.
