Don't know if it is been posted yet, but a hi-rez pic of both suspects (I think): on left, and the other running behind. Looks shorter and darker than on other pics, but no backpack, and certainly looks like him.

'cept the black hat dude was in front before....changes the scenario...did they do a switch....one guarding the first dropped bag and hand off...and he can see him put the second bag down and then he moves.
