some form of Law Enforcement... they are photos of them after the race also. plus many others wearing the same stuff. they also said they were running a bomb exercise of something during the event. (sadly they were right there and should have seen something)

Reddit says the guys Running Coach ID him. Reddit has a privacy policy that will not let people link to his Facebook page or ID his name on Reddit. But his Facebook account is wide open for all to see per Reddit. (I don’t have his name yet or his Facebook page)
Good to know. Thanks.
Man in blue fb page certainly has been strange.
He wrote:

A short time later he wrote:
“Back home, everything is fake, may god be with me!” and changed his name. along with a bunch of posts being deleted.
If interviewed, it wasn’t long....
Thank you to all who are bringing together these new bits of information in this thread!
another pix of him... http://i.imgur.com/fWtBXFK.jpg
Blue Tracksuit Guy is Moroccan.
The guy looking right INTO the CAMERA is disconcerting.....looks like he WAS a runner but that picture CREEPS me out!!
One fact that would seem to point away from these guys being the bombers is that they are in a photo where the race clock shows 2:18. The bomb exploded around 4:09.
Would real bombers stand around for 2 hours watching the race with pressure cookers on their backs full of shrapnel and gunpowder? Or would they get in shortly before, leave the bombs and get out quickly?
Either way, these guys need to be checked out closely and determined if they are the bombers so that if not, LEO resources can shift to more fruitful directions.
For the life of me, I can't think of a good reason for not putting them out there. Someone might have seen them talking to someone else or have a photo of them on the move. If it was orders from Obama because they're Muslim, he should be tried as a traitor.
And I think there's a bunch of them...9 altogether.
the other useful thing about the bigger pictures with the surrounds is that in some of them you can see the race clock suspended over the street, telling you what time the photo was taken, which is key info
