OK, so let’s say The Won (can I presume sufficient familiarity to just call him “The”?) issues an EO requiring you to involve an FFL and get a background check for private transfers. Supposed you then make a private transfer and don’t comply. So then they arrest you. Your indictment has to list the law they say you broke...what, do they just type in “Dissing the Lord High Obama” where the indictment wants to know what law you broke?

Arlen Specter wxt dream was pushing gun registration on the masses just as is his now owned protege’s, Pat Toomey.
