Now I’m starting to wonder if this is the SAME guy.. Pulled a switcheroo with his hats.. Carrying a different bag to each location.. His ‘friend’ is a lookout of sorts, or watches the first bag while the other drops off the second. Could be more than two people involved in this, all with similar militant Muzzie appearance. That could be intentional, too.. Switching hats and other forms of trickery, making them hard to follow or catch later.

Fox is reporting that LEO’s are distributing pictures of two possible suspects seen at the Finish line. My bet is that is is White Hat and Blue Shirt guys.
