#BREAKING: According to @WuWCVB, an arrest in #BostonMarathon bombing is imminent or has already taken place.
I suppose if Obama was going to declare him an enemy combatant and ship him off to Gitmo it might not be technically termed an “arrest”.

Yep. The best info came out early on from the local law enforcement. It is the internet and social media sleuths who don't want to be Benghazied who have been doing all the work.

Update - there are many conflicting reports. It’s possible that:
A. A suspect has been identified
B. A suspect is in custody
C. A suspect has been arrested
D. None of the above
Some of the news agencies (AP, Fox, etc.) are still claiming an arrest has been made. Dept of Homeland Security and Boston PD are saying no arrest has been made. If the latter, that doesn’t eliminate A or B above. Will update when there’s more info
