Those two guys look like security / FBI / cops.
They are wearing the exact same outfit. The one clearly has an earbud in only 1 ear. The other one (less pictures, lighter skin tone) has a picture where he is adjusting something on the same ear.

They have openly admitted they have no leads, no suspects and that is why they are asking the public for help. Authorities were at the airport yesterday questioning people who were leaving Boston who may have attended the marathon and were asking for any pics/videos they may have taken at the marathon. No major group is taking responsibility for this bombing and a chinese national is one of the deceased, this is not going to end well.

I think the point was that they are the same between two photos. Light-skin guy matches light-skin guy in the other photo, etc.

Is this suppose to be funny? I posted pictures from the marathon on the day of the bombing. If it doesn’t interest you look at another thread.
I wouldn’t be surprised if those two are undercover in some capacity. Tan cargo pants, black jackets, short hair and healthy looking with what looks like to be headsets and it could be some kind of commo gear or whatever in the black “backpacks”. In any event, they will be easy to identify in either case. But I’m betting government types.
Yesterday they said that there were plain clothes LEOs in the area. (local news/FOX affiliate) We may be seeing law enforcement, not suspects.

That’s a crack in the sidewalk.
These guys could be undercover cops, if not, you do realize that there are businesses and restaurants right there at the finish line. They may not be cops or spectators but it doesn't mean the are suspects. A lot of people work in the area and yes businesses are open during the marathon so these guys could have been coming from a store.
They also appear to have badges for the event.
in the picture with both of them, both are holding their hands to their right ear exactly where the wire is seen clearly in the solo pic later that you think is a crack.
