“Nah. Pretty commonplace. It’s not like a cop has to be smart or anything. Apparently in Texas the dumber the better.”

I ain’t going to sit here and tell you ever officer on the force is a genius but i don’t think they are stupid. What bothers me is many of them are ignorant about the very laws their suppose to be enforcing.

Don’t get me wrong the legal code is horrifically complex but if your not sure its illegal DON’T ENFORCE IT!

The man should be scolded and given a copy of Texas law to review. His peers should be making him the butt of a few jokes for weeks. Although I would not go so far as to fire him on this occasion. If he does it a few more times then yes they need to let him go.

Why does an abusive trough feeder in a uniform deserve to keep a job he clearly can’t cope with?

Were an employee of a private company behave in a manner likely to result in a lawsuit, said employee would have his position terminated before the coffee break after management learned of the situation.

The position of reasoned & prudent management is something to the effect of: “If you want to be an overbearing ass, do it on your own time.”
