Hey cool, you can walk right onto the sidewalk on Streetview by clicking the double arrow! This internet thing may take off yet. This is crazy; Google stuck their tripod almost in the exact spot of the bomb.

Doing this, I can look almost straight down on the grate; it sure doesn’t look like there is any kind of hole to place anything under the grate so I’m going to have to go with on top of the grate.
