Rush, how about the possibility of some upset Iranians. Just had an Oscar winning movie ARGO that humiliated them and of course the Battle of Marathon in 490 BC where the Persians were defeated is where the race gets its name.
FYI...I just finished the book..much, MUCH better than the movie..
