The goal of the EPA in this case is not pollution reduction but price elevation to get us out of our cars and onto public (read human debris) transportation.

Well, commies, that might work in your over populated cesspools called cities but in the entire rest of the country the EPAs actions are 100% against the citizens. I guess killing off the coal industry was not enough sulfur reduction for them.
