The Saudi Arabian man who is reportedly in police custody following the Boston Marathon bombing was chased and tackled by bystanders shortly after the blast, according to CBS.
Senior correspondent John Miller, a former assistant director of the FBI, reported this:
There is an individual in custody … he is not free to go.
He is a Saudi national who was near the scene of the blast. When the blast happened he began to run. Now, in context, a lot of people began to run. A civilian who thought he was acting suspiciously chased him down and tackled him and then turned him over to Boston police....

In that video, Bin Laden stated that he never expected the WTC #1 and #2 to fall following the attack. That right there was proof he at minimum had a hand in the planning of the attack.
I will never forget seeing that video. I was in the hospital being prepped for surgery. Everything STOPPED when that video came on TV.
That is the key, like I said in my original post, he was very pleased by the twin towers falling, and like you stated, proof that he had a hand in it, but he never said that he did it nor do I recall any terrorist group actually taking credit for it.
Good for you! The conventional wisdom is that conservatives are the most unhappy Americans on April 15, while liberals wonder why. Simple: we’re the ones for the most part writing checks to the US Treasury. If I hear similar lefty twaddle I’ll do the same.

He saw a Muslim-looking guy (who was injured) running, and tackled him? What else were his suspicions based on?

Looks to me like whoever plotted this attack had no grasp on tactics whatsoever, fortunately. Probably a small fringe group. Could be Muslim, “Occupy”, or whatever.
“Right wingers” would have hit something tax related, and probably done so around the deadline of midnight.
Perhaps we’re being set-up to have wrongfully accused a Muslim, but so far it’s all we have to go on, right?
Any location from which a phone call can be completed or a text message sent. IOW, anywhere in the world where there is cell service or internet access.
I am pretty certain that the culprits, regardless of who they are or how proud they might be of their evil act, are scared shi%less, or at least should be. America has a recent record of reactionary expectations associated with attacks on American soil.
That said, there may be no fear of our current dear leader, "The Police Advisor in Chief".
