Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) is the embarrassment that just keeps giving and giving and giving to the people from her district and us as a country. How could they vote for such an utter lunatic? [I know, it is a rhetorical question.]
So someone TRAFFIC’ed the guns and that was the illegal part.

As a native and current resident of the greater Houston area, I would like the record to reflect that almost nobody in Houston is as stultifyingly stupid as Sheila Jackass Lee. No, we will condemn your comments, Sheila, for saying something which means nothing in stopping murders by the hands of gangbangers. I can go find a illegal gun knowing full well it's not right/legal so I should not be criticized for getting a illegal stolen weapon..that kinda flies back into your entire theory about gun violence. It’s not the fault of gangbangers they’ve got guns... Nope, nothing’s their fault - guns run to them and jump into their hands... force them to be criminals. Without guys gangbangers would be captains of industry - responsible citizens. Yep. Sure nuff...
Same with all those liquor stores... those stores aren’t there because people buy so much booze. Nope. Inner city liquor stores are on every corner because the bottles force people to sell them. The hood’s not responsible - it’s the bottles. Without those damn bottles the hood would be filled with ACE Hardware and Craft Shops... damn bottles.
