Yes, and yes! 9 now, 10 in October. And becoming a young woman, too. She is still a high-spirited little girl, but she’s showing signs of wisdom and maturity that are kind of scary!
It’s little things. She told Nana that it was neat to come over and find all of her clothes clean. I think she may be doing her own laundry soon. Nana asked her to clean her room after we moved furniture. She did, then took her duster through several other rooms in the house...including my den!
Oh well...
Oh my....dusting more than the required is a good sign. And learning life skills, such as laundry, will stand her in good stead.
