I have noticed the crime rates have already started to soar and we are not even to the point that you are talking about. Unfortunately it looks like there will be no stopping this from happening.

Some of the soaring crime rates in CA falls squarely on the federal government. They have required CA to reduce "overcrowded" prisons by releasing criminals on the street. Many of the newly released criminals did what they do best...robbing, raping, killing...within hours of release. The judges responsible should be incarcerated for the very crimes they enabled. They are accessories to the crimes.
