HILLSBORO, Ohio U.S. Marshals stormed a home and arrested a man believing he had drugs and guns Thursday morning in Hillsboro.
The only problem was that marshals had the wrong man and even the wrong house.
Nicholas Brown was making breakfast for his three children and getting ready for work when a dozen armed marshals barged into his home and arrested him for offenses he said he never committed.

Were that the case, you would have given a rational answer long before now.
As it is, you have not, and it is clear that you cannot, without further alienating other Freepers.

But but but....haven't you considered that those poor, misunderstood government thugs just want to get home to their families?
(No? Oh well....)
I suppose you're one of those cold-hearted conservatives who has at least one assault doberman.

Yep.
IMO, today’s LEOs should stop watching so much TV.
The nearby town cops got themselves a SWAT vehicle a couple years back.
They haul that thing out for just about everything, now.
It’s a bit comical.

"Were that the case, you would have given a rational answer long before now." You merely lack cognitive comprehensive skills. You and the others I alienate.

There is a huge irony all the posters have missed here.
The "bad" thing was that the Marshalls came to the wrong house, and arrested the wrong guy when the warrant said he was "black." But thanks to this clerical error, he was released, although the article doesn't give a time frame. However, if there had not been this error, and the warrant listed him as "white," he would still be in jail.
Somewhere out there, is someone with this guy's name, DOB, and SSN who is wanted on drug and gun charges. And evidently, he is "white."

I always knew you lived dangerously.
Just think of the children you are jeopardizing with such a dangerous dog.
Almost as bad as those fiendish Jack Russell Terrorists. :)

I had to chuckle. Eventually, he/she may figure out the literary reference.
But long before that, he might actually figure out why innocent Americans should NOT be forced to determine whether they have government thugs or common criminals at their door.

“The “bad” thing was that the Marshalls came to the wrong house, and arrested the wrong guy”
Your sentence should have ended here.
But, you will almost certainly be one of those who continues to support and defend such criminal actions on the part of The Agents of the State, until it is you and yours who are directly affected.
Just remember: useful idiots historically are rather expendable at the whim of their “betters”.
Choose your loyalties wisely.

Please explain what was done in a criminal manner by anyone in the Marshall’s Office or the Franklin County investigating agency.
