HILLSBORO, Ohio U.S. Marshals stormed a home and arrested a man believing he had drugs and guns Thursday morning in Hillsboro.
The only problem was that marshals had the wrong man and even the wrong house.
Nicholas Brown was making breakfast for his three children and getting ready for work when a dozen armed marshals barged into his home and arrested him for offenses he said he never committed.

The defense of that position is yours to make, not mine.
Perhaps tomorrow youll be able to develop a coherent argument as to why an American citizen should be victimized by 3 AM intruders and should have the responsibility of flipping a coin to determine whether the intruders are From the Government and Here to Help or Common Criminals.
Suppose he’s figured out yet why we oppose government thugs doing so?
Game, set, match.
Clearly, since he is incapable of providing a coherent, logical argument to our posts, we have failed.
Rather like talking to a three year old who desperately wants to be the “winner”, even when he loses a game.
The defense of that position is yours to make, not mine.

Here's a chance to shine Ariel. You, Rock Cod, Mr. L. A. Mataz, and halfassed conspiracy can now get together and cobble a "coherent argument" to your scenario. In other words, do something yourself, instead of expecting someone else to do it for you. I'm sure it will be unassailable and a joy for all to read. Please do it this century. Although I think you can't, because you haven't already.
You have already been asked to explain why the homeowner should be forced to determine whether the home invaders are Government Thugs or Common Criminals breaking into his residence at 3 AM.
That is the reality of what many American citizens are facing in this country.
You have failed to do so.
Your failure to do your homework does not obligate any of us to defend that position.
But scream “You failed”, all you wish, if that is what you require to feel like you have “won” and to save face with your fellow government employee buddies.
Dude. Relax. I don’t even know what the argument is about. I just saw you two posting the same thing back and forth and it looked like a lot of fun.
The defense of that position is yours to make, not mine.

You can't make fun of a screen name by getting the joke that's already in the screen name. You may try again.
You have work to do. Get on it.
:)
What if the homeowner is himself a Common Criminal?
You are still attempting to avoid explaining.
Why should the homeowner be forced to determine whether the home invaders are Government Thugs or Common Criminals breaking into his residence at 3 AM?
You are ignoring that the homeowner himself might be a common criminal, and the crime for which he is to be arrested may justify an entry at 3 AM by Government Officials. You have already failed. Come up with something else. This was too easy.
You have failed to answer the question, and are attempting to cast blame on the homeowner in an attempt to avoid the question.
So let’s try it again:
Why should Lazamataz, Salamander, Eaker, or any other Freeper have to wonder whether the person intruding on his or her residence is a Government Thug or a Common Criminal?
I’m sure they’re looking forward to hearing your answer.
Haven’t you gotten the memo? Police are misunderstood victims of public opinion.
It’s not their fault when they terrorize some little old lady, wheelchair bound individual, or force small children out of their beds at gunpoint. Clearly they must have done SOMETHING to warrant such a police response.
Odd how we don’t accept the same excuse from rapists, thieves or murderers which the police-worshipers expect us to accept from the police.
This a confusing morass of posts but from what I have read it appears you are justifying SWAT no-knock raids because someone might be a criminal therefore homeowners have a responsibility to check IDs prior to shooting people breaking into their home?
If that doesn't sum it up accurately please let me know in what way someone else being a criminal should affect my actions when it comes to me defending my home.
"you can't tell me someone didn't drop the ball." (See Post 120)
But someone DID drop the ball didn’t they?
