This week's presidential radio address will be delivered by the mother of a victim of the Newtown massacre, the AP reports.
"The White House says the mother of a Newtown shooting victim will deliver the weekly presidential radio and Internet address," reports the AP.
"President Barack Obama typically gives the talk, focusing on a topic that's in the news or a policy the White House is pushing.
"This week, Obama has asked Francine Wheeler to deliver the address instead. Wheeler and her husband, David, lost their 6-year-old son Ben in the December schoolhouse shooting in Newtown, Conn."

Oh brother. Why doesn’t Obama work this hard to get rid of gang members?
Anyone can go talk to Congress...just like anyone can give the State of the Union speech.
Sure. Right.
We should have Chicago crime victims read all the presidents teleprompter speeches. We could have a speech reader every 12 hours, 6 days a week.
The democrips have been exploiting the slaughter of alive unborn children for deacdes. Why would exploiting the parents of slain children be any different? The democrips are bloody ghouls ... perhaps we should rename little barry bastard boy to ‘ghoul-in-chief’?
Not a word mentioned about the dad who lost his son and who opposes the POS unconstitutional gun grab
However, this is war, and the GOP needs to grow a pair and respond in kind
The Surrender Party isn’t interested in responding. The kenyan and other Dems have brow beat them in the most vile terms over the last 12 years. Yet they have consistently refused to engage the Democraps. Fine. If they aren’t interested in fighting for our constitutional rights, I am not interested in voting for those beltway buffoons.
