Do you have any links to support that? My understanding is that Boehner already caved also.
The current makeup of the House is 232(R), 201(D) and 2 vacancies.
Boner would have to get 217 to pass it. He wold have to get ALL 201 Dems and 16 Pubbies to do that. Many Dems are from conservative districts and not likely to go along, so it would be a tough row to hoe........
