Harry Reid cites father’s suicide in gun debate

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid again took the Senate floor to make a very personal plea on Tuesday morning for a vote on gun control legislation.

“In Nevada, if you purchase a handgun, you have to wait three days to pick it up,” Reid said. “And it is believed that alone has saved the lives of many people. Sometimes people in a fit of passion will purchase a handgun to do bad things with it, Mr. President, even as my dad did — killed himself. Waiting a few days helps.”

Maybe, but he is still able to conduct the regime's business in the Senate effectively enough. Yet this news item has helped solidify my opinion that Harry is not mentally or emotionally healthy. He's not the only nutty Senator, though.

Joe Biden RUINED the truck driver that his wife PULLED OUT ON, thereby causing HER OWN DEATH and that of a child!!

The Driver was RUINED, never able to get a job, even thought it was NOT HIS FAULT, but Because Joe kept BLAMING him instead of SHUTTING up about how careless his wife was, he was ruined and went to the grave at a fairly early age.
