you would all be proud... my 10 year-old has been repeatedly scolded for pointing out inaccuracies in some of the media they hand out, one of them called "Weekly Reader" often contains leftist commentary regarding things such as immigration. Last Friday I received another note from his homeroom teacher asking why my son refers to his weekly reader as "propaganda leaflets".

I have to say, I don't think I've ever been more proud of him. I did send a letter back warning her to expect much more of the same since I teach my kids to study both sides of every coin.

Good for you — and your son! I would have loved to have been a fly-on-the-wall when the teacher read your note. Did she try to retaliate against your son? Hope not. She knows you are watching.
