Nothing is going to be said that will be worth hearing or repeating. These shows are really getting pathetic.
Surely, in a country of more than 300 million people there must be some with ideas about our political and economic and social condition that deserve to be heard.
Thanks for thread A.B. Ohio Senator Rob Portman finally came out strongly for 2nd amendment, against UN treaty, against expanding background checks, against national registry, against banning certain guns, clips and ammo. In favor of treating mentally ill (not necessarily blanket banning on them having guns, which is fair - should be case by case. Like allowing mentally ill people to drive, to vote, to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, etc.)
Bloomberg’s millions have saturated Ohio media with some fake hunter who “loves guns” but says he loves his kids even more, telling us to “call Senator Portman and tell him to vote in favor of responsible gun control”. Then his kid says, “Thanks Dad”. urp!
They thought Portman was a weak link after he came out in favor of Gay marriage. We were wondering also.
They’re baack!
I still hope everyone checks in and even listens to some of the shows. Know your enemy and gather intelligence.
And we could still talk about Fishtalk’s cooking!
Still, it is a horrible lineup. But then again, the drivebys are NOT trying to inform us, but rather bend us to their thinking...
I have a feeling it’s not working with the crowd we have here!
Morning Folks,
Looks like a nice Sunny Sunday, temps in the 50s, 30% chance of showers.
Thanks for the thread and ping AB.
I don’t watch any of them anymore. I don’t need their commentary. And it’s always the same people. Look at the list. Lindsey Graham, Chuck Schumer, John McCain. They throw in John Huntsman this week. The same views, the same opinions, the same questions, the same show. I’ve seen it before.
Wow, what a guest lineup on the shows.
I’d call that “viewer repellent”.
Sorry, ain’t gonna watch Graham, Schumer or McCain. I’ve had my fill of this trio, and a few more.
Morning AB, All.
Went to mass yesterday instead of this morn.
Choir singing this morning, without me.
Might be quitting choir, maybe more on this later.
Husband having major COPD episode, has me worried bejeesus.
Anyway, watching the Sunday shows and cooking, as is my wont.
Let us begin with the concept that I will NOT support in any way any Republican what votes for gun control in any form or fashion.
I don’t want to hear that THIS bill is harmless, it won’t hurt the average citizen....yada, yada.
I object to even stupid, worthless laws.
And don’t forget that here in Delaware, the fine, fine “Republican” is out and about and touting gun control.
Remember how they mocked us for revolting against him in the primary?
While Christine O’Donnell is nowhere to be seen endorsing gun control.
Thank Karl Rove peebles! He lined up the Dems and RINOS and Delaware and helped defeat her.
While Mike Castle continues on destroying conservative values.
Did y’all hear about that preacher’s son committed suicide?
How awful.
Aleichem shalom.
