Hey, my neighbor uses EBT (he lost his job at a boat builder, the wife is a cashier) and they cut out a lot of expense and they hate using EBT, but they still want to eat good.

the funny thing is they called up and want to pay back their EBT money, when he gets a job, but the prson said, you can't do that.

He has a job interview today, so I told him good luck.
