Al Roker the black replacement for Willard Scott , he should have replaced Willard as Bozo the clown, he is more suited for it.
They looked for a black replacement and found a jovial fat black man and hired Al. Al is not known for being the sharpest knife in the drawer.
By the way someone asked Willard Scott where he got his weather information and Willard said from the phone company weather report.
I doubt Al has a better source.
