Common sense says the bill is a solution to the problem (at least in AR ) of massive voter fraud that twice weaseled Usurper Obama into the White House.
It's a start, have other states been successful in doing the same?
how expensive can it be to ask someone to show an ID?
Those in the Northern part of the state HAD to show ID but the rest of the state didn’t. Now we are all equal.
The rule of law and the will of the people are pretty much null and void if a judge is able to do this.
It's like that in Calif who voted years ago to stop illegal insurgent alien criminal invading colonists from getting free schooling and medical treatment and making them ineligible for food stamps and welfare.
One judge overturned the law, saying it was unconstitutional.
The irony is that overturning the will of the people is what IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
The spineless GOP in Calif let the leftists and the ACLU get away with this.
One of the local talk show types (Chris Plante WMAL AM) has been setting up his Lib callers with “Do you believe someone should show a picture ID to buy a firearm”.
To a man they all yell “YES”.
“Well you must be racist at the least and definitely want to hold the minorities down”
“How dare you say that?”
“That is what you call us when ‘we’ suggest a picture ID to vote”
In Arkansas one needs to show I.D. to buy certain cold medicine.
