If you are either Russia or China, the one thing you want to try and do is preserve North America after you attack it.

It is prime global real estate, no matter how you look at it.

The idea would be extermination, nor annihilation. The problem with biologicals is that it takes too long. The problem with chemical weapons is that they leave a mess behind.

This is what scared the bejeebers out of the Soviets. “The ultimate capitalist weapon, as it is devoted to the extermination of people and the preservation of capital,” is pretty close to what Kruschev called it.

It’s a pretty sweet device, in that you can roll into town about a week after you’ve dropped it. You dig your mass graves and clean up all the spoiled food, and you’ve got yourself billions and trillions in capital development you can then move into.

EMP would cause a lot more damage than any invading army would want to cause. Too much in the way of melted circuits that you can’t readily source after you’ve invaded.

All this presupposes you want to preserve NA for your own purposes.

The issue with wiping us out NA with nukes is that it likely would cause extinction for the folks launching the attack in the first place.

If it were me, and I wasn’t as big as the US and didn’t have as much money to spend, I’d have spent what I have on anti-satellite weapons tech.

The goal would be to disable, not obliterate, the satellite.

That would be enough, probably, if you coupled that with a decapitating attack with cobalt bombs and EMP on key locations in the US.

Even the Chinese are smart enough now to understand you don’t want to litter earth’s orbit with the wreckage of space craft.

The effect is like that of the old video game ‘Asteroids’. If you break up to many of the big slow bolders too soon, you can’t avoid the small fast debris that results and you end up being blown up by them.

I’n not familiar with cobalt bombs. What are they like?

Mutually-Assured Destruction doesn’t work as a deterrent when you’ve successfully installed one of your own people in the enemy’s White House. This is why the eligibility issue was never just a side issue but the CRITICAL issue for America’s survival. Obama has always sided with the communists and the Islamists - the two chief enemies of America. If the people of America can be wiped out those 2 groups will have to duke it out for our land and resources. Both groups know that Obama will neither protect America nor retaliate if they hit America. Obama now has “more flexibility”.

What’s interesting about satellite technology is that our own former Secretary of Defense, William Perry, sold forbidden encrypted satellite technology to the Chinese military leader’s wife. The capabilities they have go back to him. Just like Soros sold out his fellow Jews in order to survive and get rich, William Perry sold out America for thirty pieces of silver. It wasn’t discovered until after the fact because a judge would only require a FOIA request by Judicial Watch to be honored AFTER Clinton was out of office. And while Clinton was in office Janet Reno played the role of Eric Holder - primarily ensuring there would be no investigation of the regime’s crimes.

Anyway, I think you may be right. If there was a way to kill the people without damaging the assets for later use, that would be the way they’d want to go. Tell me about the cobalt bomb. And how would you envision it being used in conjunction with strategically-placed EMP’s?

And being able to come in a week after the hit sounds like something that would need military vehicles, lots of ammo, lots of body bags and lots of caskets. Exactly what DHS is up to right now.
