One of the theories floating around about the murder of a Texas district attorney and one of his prosecutors is that the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas is behind the killings as revenge for prosecution. If so, the group can consider its message received. A federal prosecutor has just resigned from a big racketeering case against the white supremacist group in Houston, reports the Houston Chronicle and Dallas Morning News. The US attorney dropped out over what both papers call "security concerns." Another attorney from the Justice Department is heading from DC to Texas as a replacement.
“He’s obviously made a decision based on something,” says one of the defense attorneys, who described himself as a good friend of the prosecutor who quit the case.
I found this from 2010. The more I read the sicker I get!

Whoops...
plus interviews with many top law enforcement officials, indicate the groups (Cartels) have begun deploying agents from their inner circles to the U.S.
Cartel operatives are suspected of running drug-distribution networks in at least nine non-border states, often in middle-class suburbs in the Midwest, South and Northeast.
U.S. Officials are going to be shocked, just shocked, when the cartels begin assassinating political, judicial, and law enforcement leaders here and attack the police using RPGs, mortars, grenades, sniper rifles, and heavy machine guns. Well, the Obama Administration won’t be shocked. They’re probably COUNTING on it. Not letting a crisis go to waste and all that.
Ya knew it was coming to this.
Look, during the entire decades long compassionate wars in the Mideast, Bush wouldn't secure the violent borders...In fact while spending trillions chasing the bathrobed gangs in Baghdad, during his eight years, tens of millions entered this country illegally during war time...Not only did Mideastern terrorist enter though Mexico, so did thousands of the cartels foot soldiers.
Bet the rent, they are everywhere in the U.S.
Why not?”
It would possibly interfere with a declaration of blanket amnesty thereby depriving the Democratic party of millions of new potential voters?
This sounds like a “White Van” moment from the D.C. snipers case.
The Authorities did not have a clue, so it had to be white criminals.
The source pushing the Aryan Brotherhood meme is none other than that well known hate organization, the Southern Poverty Law Center.
See 42 and other posts..
Well, they’d better not assassinate someone using a magazine holding more than 10 rounds. Then they’d REALLY be in trouble.
Mexican cartels use white Americans because it is easier to infiltrate US cities and towns. If Mex Drug Cartels use their own people in US areas, locals will not deal with mestizos/mulattos with bad accents.....they will deal with their gringo sub-agents.
Also, Mex Cartels are fully aware Americans are armed and will shoot back....less likely to shoot stranger gringo than stranger Latino
It seems unusally strange to announce this, if it is all as it seems. It is kind of like declaring the killer won, something apparatchiks hate to do.
I wonder if the new guy from DC is an FBI HRT guy fresh out of Delta, who is just using the cover of an attorney. If their evidence is sparse enough, LE may just be putting an undercover in place as bait, with long term surveillance and QRFs, hoping whoever did this will try for the trifecta so they can at least put a body to all of this, and begin the real investigation.
The bottom line is a bunch of 5.56 casings and a boot print on a door isn’t a whole lot of evidence, especially if the gun and boots are already disposed of. That the killer/s got away with the first one, and seem to have exploited a thunderstorm for noise cover in the second, would seem to make this look like a difficult investigation against a dangerously sharp, and maybe well-trained adversary, which would bring out all the stops.
Behavioral may also have advised that leaking publicly that the last guy got scared off offers an additional psychological incentive, of making the killer/s feel more potent. This type of psychology may find itself suddenly wanting to feed that feeling and feel it again, by surprising everybody and popping off the new guy quickly before he gets settled. Seeing more of the bunnies run and hide in the aftermath would be like a drug.
It might at least encourage the bad guys to do a quick recon of the new guy, which might get picked up by his surveillance. I’d be surprised if the guy he is replacing hadn’t already been reconned extensively, and his killing planned out, at least in general terms.
My guess is you wouldn’t want to fuck with the new guy. I wish him luck.

Mexican drug cartels are taking over our neighborhoods, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane warned a legislative committee in February.
They just arrested a former Texas Justice of the Peace for the murders..yuk yuk...
