It’s not the presence of a father that is determinative.
It is the presence of the right kind of father. And thug black (or white) dads are not that kind of man.
That upwards of 70% of black babies are born out of wedlock proves that to me. IMO a real man, the kind who makes a good father, will not allow his children to be born illegitimate.
And a SMART man would learn that SUBSIDIZING those kids is a SURE way to get MORE of them!
