Former Weather Underground radical Kathy Boudin, who served 22 years in prison for her role in an armored-car robbery that left three dead in 1981, now has an adjunct professorship at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, the New York Post reports:
Boudins status of perp-turned-prof outraged the widow of one of her victims, Brinks guard and dad of three Peter Paige, who was gunned down by her accomplices from the Black Liberation Army on Oct. 20, 1981, in Rockland County.
Boudin acted as a getaway driver in the heist.
She doesnt deserve a job at all, said Josephine Paige, 74, when told of Boudins posts. She doesnt deserve anything, nothing at all. I think she should be back in an institution.
Boudin, 69, this year was also named the Sheinberg Scholar-in-Residence at New York University Law School, where she gave a March lecture on the politics of parole and re-entry.
After Boudin went to prison, her son, Chesa Boudin, was adopted by former Weathermen Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohm. Ayers came to national prominence during the 2008 presidential campaign for his association with then-candidate Barack Obama.
What are they thinking?
LIBERALS don’t”THINK”;they”EMOTE”!”Thinking requires something to”THINK” with(Brain)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This crap is outrageous. Conservatives are doomed unless they demand inclusion in academia just as the left muscled its way in over the last decades.
Columbia School of Social Work Associate Dean Marianne Yoshioka, who hired Boudin for the adjunct-professor post in 2008, said she has been an excellent teacher who gets incredible evaluations from her students each year.

What the hell is WRONG with this country? Domestic terrorists EMPLOYED by our universities?
President Zero is just a front man for Bill Ayers thinkers. See Bernie Sanders. See Al Franken. So why shouldn’t the radicals at Columbia feel safe promoting this murderer to a safe nest in far left academia?
She was 38 years old.
She had survived an explosion at an impromptu bomb factory she was working in when she was 27.
She had a 14 month old child at home.
She specifically acted as a decoy and lied to Brinks guards to get them to let their guard down so her friends could ambush them and kill them at point blank range.
Godlessness and self centeredness.
Was she still on parole or court supervision when she was hired?
They do not state her level of education. Is she qualified just because she has been in prison and released? If so, when Bernie Madoff gets out maybe he can teach at the business school. Or, how about some mob criminals teaching criminology when released. Makes about as much sense.
What degrees does she have? When she was released from prison, where did she go to school to get these degrees? Who paid for this education?
This is sickening. Embracing sociopaths...really?

Kathy Boudin is one of the most notorious domestic terrorists in New York. Not only did Boudin, along with Cathy Wilkerson, survive the Greenwich Village townhouse explosion meant to kill military personnel, but she was also alongside David Gilbert during the Brinks Robbery that resulted in multiple deaths. In the Brinks case, Boudin drove the getaway vehicle (a U-Haul truck) as her armed partners murdered a security guard and made off with $1.6 million.23 Even more heinous, after being stopped by police officers, Boudin feigned innocence and convinced the officers to drop their guard. As the officers lowered their weapons, they were quickly overcome by six men from the back of the truck.24 Two of the officers were murdered by multiple rounds from a heavy cache of weaponry.
Boudin was convicted of murder and felony robbery, but released in 2003 by a New York parole board. Then Governor George Pataki denounced the decision saying, The murder of a police officer should be punished to the fullest extent of the law." In this case, it was not, giving Boudin the opportunity to attend a teaching event for the budding Occupy Albany movement.
I believe theres probably other people that are available to provide education beyond someone who is on parole for murder, said Robert Van Cura, Rockland Countys undersheriff.

And people go into debt, yet, to send their kids there to get brainwashed by them! That’s a really smart move, pay the government indoctrination centers thousands so that people like her can your kids to hate God, you, their parents, and their country-at least the Soviets did it for free!
Great point...guess the 'Americanized' crop of commies figured out how to cash in.
Bcause we are in the midst of transition and therefore have the worst of the both worlds-crony capitalism combined with socialist big government.
Occasionally I’ve seen adjunct openings for people with a master’s, but typically they are for PhDs or folks very near to completing their PhDs.
I am skeptical that she has a doctorate. I don’t understand how she could have done the necessary research to do a dissertation in prison.
And our communists followed the Gramscian model-the “long march through the institutions”-rather than the Leninist or Maoist models-sharp, violent revolutionary overthrow-though plenty of the latter kind (including this woman) tried to implement the latter kinds in the Sixties. The end result is the same, all they had to do was be patient.
