Mark Kelly, the husband of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (R-Ariz.), on Sunday warned GOP lawmakers not to filibuster efforts to pass gun control in the Senate.
"It is important to take action and the American people are demanding action now," said Kelly on Fox News Sunday.
Kellys comments came in response to five Senate Republicans Sens. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Rand Paul (Ky.), Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Lee (Utah) and James Inhofe (Okla.) who said last week that they will filibuster any additional gun restrictions, as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) prepares to move a gun bill.

“Wasnt hypocrite Mark Kelly just rejected for an AR-15 purchase?”
Naw, Mark Kelly, I warn you from any attempt to limit my God given rights. You sir are not God.
I don’t care if RINOs think they can use gun bills tactically in the next election; if freedom dies now, it won’t matter in 2014. We need to filibuster any gun bills in the Senate. We need to kill any gun bills in the House without a floor vote. We need to as American citizens resist any unconstitutional gun laws (which is all of them), including through jury nullification. Most of all, we all need to stock up on products protected by the Second Amendment - we may need them to defend freedom against its enemies, foreign and domestic.
Is this Machine Gun Kelly?
Actually, Mark, the American People are demanding that you, seal killing hypocrite, shut the freak up.

Many in Central America have died no thanks to Fast-n-Furious.
A conservative Federal Judge was murdered that same day. How often does Kelly speak on behalf of this conservative US citizen?
He has to be one of the least likeable people, ever.
His smarmy looks and his sleazy behavior turn people off.
And really, why should I or anyone else, care what he has to say?!
“I would think the secret video with audio would fall under the illegal recording federal statutes.”
No. Federal law and 43 states have the reasonable “one party” rule. If one party to the conversation agrees to record it, it is legal to do so. This works for us now that recording devices are so cheap and available.
It is reducing police corruption across the country.
“Hey Mark, why dont you do something productive like teaching your wife to sing Putting on the Ritz?”
Had to be the post of the day!
