Mark Kelly, the husband of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (R-Ariz.), on Sunday warned GOP lawmakers not to filibuster efforts to pass gun control in the Senate.
"It is important to take action and the American people are demanding action now," said Kelly on “Fox News Sunday.”
Kelly’s comments came in response to five Senate Republicans — Sens. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Rand Paul (Ky.), Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Lee (Utah) and James Inhofe (Okla.) – who said last week that they will filibuster any additional gun restrictions, as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) prepares to move a gun bill.

I think after acting as a straw buyer on an AR 15 and his daughter’s Pitt Bull killing a baby Sea Lion Mark Kelly has lost any credibility he ever had.
The guy has allowed his poor wife to be totted out and exploited by the Progressives. He has no business telling US Senators what to do. I’m sure they could care less.
The thing that really frosts my grits is that little lefty weasel Chris Wallace not even grilling Kelly about the AR 15 purchase.

Somthing weird about that couple. They crave attention. He was “so worried” about her being shot and undergoing intensive brain therapy that he left her and went off into space? She was not too bright before the shooting but now he is exploiting her! Disgusting!
Yes, it IS important to take action AND the American people ARE demanding the US Constitution be preserved, by not stripping/invalidating the 2nd Amendment!

What it does is enable mass murder.
Yeah, Wallace was especially bad this morning. But the incident wasn't totally unnoticed. Wallace played some of the anti-gun video he made of the purchase and "discussion" with the head of the house (Gabby). Made sure Mr. Gifford's side of things was told.
Disarm DHS and smelly BO’s secret service detail if they really believe in disarming. Otherwise they should shut up or be ridiculed for believing we will disarm in the face of tyrants. Go play in the highway Markx.

I’m still waiting for Mark Giffords (maiden name Kelly) to be arrested for having an assault dog that killed a federally-protected sea critter.
The crazy man who shot Gabrielle Gifford in 2011, Jared Lee Loughner, had a history of charges for drug possession charges had been suspended by his college for disruptive behavior.
Yet the Police reports reveal he had legally purchased the pistol used in the shooting after passing the required FBI background check less than six weeks before the shooting.
So much for the argument that passing a bill requiring universal background checks would have made a difference in the Tuscon shootings.
I really love the way Wallace just lets Kelly sit there and say that the Newtown shooter would have never passed a background check if his mental health records were on file. I read that the kid was turned down 5 times and finally stole his Mom’s guns. Wallace never said a word.
He has more to fear from his cosmic radiation exposure than law abiding gun owners.
