I just got the following email from the group that has been working on the recall. Now is our chance to do something about this and take our state back instead of just wringing our hands and talking about it. PM me with contact information, etc. and I will get it in the right hands. There is only sixty days to get enough signatures for the recalls. Call your friends, get them involved too. Let's show Colorado what FReepers can do!

"Hi Doug I appreciate your anxiousness. If you can get me the information of all people willing to volunteer and times they have open and locations preferred if any, as well as if they are willing to go door to door. All persons going door to door will be scheduled in pairs for safety so if there is a specific person that they would like to go with that would be helpful as well. This information will help to make it easier for our schedulers."

Doug,

I was at the County GOP Exec meeting a few weeks ago and the most important information has yet to be provided!

WHEN?

What is the window for these 60 days?

That helps in knowing which period to volunteer for.

Good luck from Mexifornia. We had a wonderful time watching the California Recall 10 years ago. Didn’t turn out so good. You may need a celebrity to lead it like we did. I can’t think of anyone but perhaps John Elway or the black commentator who rode a motorcycle. I gathered 10 signatures for it. Perhaps I can send u all some $$.

I am not sure if they have the ability to legally accept donations yet. I have presented them with that question. I like the idea of having a celerity spokesperson. I will make that suggestion.

Better to focus on recalling the individual legislators, particularly the criminal, and spend the time getting ready to oust the governor in 2014.

That is the plan, as far as I know. Right now, the focus is on Senators John Morse and Mike McLachlan.

You should think big. Voters memories are too short. If(when) the recall gets into full swing what is needed is another “WANTED” poster. Mid-90’s. Remember that? The black congressmen were ready to get violent.

I don’t remember that one. You wouldn’t happen to have a link to anything about it, would you?

Colorado needs help. America is a land that our founders gave freedom of action. Colorado has become a place that denies that freedom.

Laws are written to support freedom of action so long as it does not harm other individuals. Colorado has clearly stepped over that boundary.

Our current governance from DC has clearly stepped over that boundary. Liberals believe that freedom means equivalence.

It does not. Freedom means the action you take is allowed as long as a burden is not imposed on your fellow man.

i agree. going after chickenpooper is a waste of resources. taking back the legislature is more important. eeven a republican like king and his SS jurisdiction bill sb13-013 needs to be removed. photo 3x5COMMIECOLORADOTYRANTFLAG_zps30f85d31.jpg

Recalling Chickenlooper won’t work. All that’ll happen is it will bolster his campign in 2014. We need to get him out of office then. The local pols are more susceptible, and there’s a more likely chance of recall being successful.

Chickenpooper isn’t on the table for recall as far as anything I have heard. It would take massive resources to pull that off.

I don’t see contact information, which I would forward to a friend in Colorado if I had it.

See your FReep mail.

It shouldn’t be much of problem in 2 months to get the signatures for Morse recall. And getting volunteers who live in Sen Morse’s district are the best ones for the cause.

I’m in. If this doesn’t work I am moving to Texas.

I am a little north of Colorado Springs. Let me know if I can help.
