A WTHR-TV Indianapolis investigative report exposes a fraudulent scheme wherein the IRS is sending $4.2 billion per year to illegal immigrants as an "additional child tax credit" for children who don't even live in the U.S.
Further, the IRS and Congress have been ignoring the scheme for years. The Inspector General's office has repeatedly identified the problem in audit after audit. The IG, Russell George says, "The magnitude of the problem has grown exponentially," but the IRS is doing nothing to stop it.
"It's so easy it's ridiculous," the tax preparer whistleblower who exposed the fraud admits. Names are simply listed on the IRS form. "The more you put on there, the more you get back." No questions asked…the check's in the mail.

Slowly, inexorably, FairTax is advancing in popularity. Two more Congressmen signed on as co-sponsors recently.

That is Obozo’s plan. To destroy the US by breaking the system of government where it cannot be repaired.
Possibly steps past that. Bring on a civil war.
This has been occurring for years and it’s not just tax returns. Illegals open up daycares in some states and swap children (on paper) with one another and the state cuts them a check (funds from Uncle Sam) for state-sponsored daycare. It is far bigger than you would guess.
Another scam is Section 8 migrant housing. One illegal puts in paperwork for an empty lot with an address - all they have to do is check the county assessor’s website, but they don’t do that. So few fraud investigators they can’t catch it. They bill the taxpayers for fictional immigrant housing under the Section-8 program.
It’s not just Hispanic illegals either - many Russian families in the Northwest are obtaining every kind of government check they can get while working one or two jobs under the table for cash.
The taxpayers are screwed and people like Rubio don’t get it. They don’t even spend 1% of an agencies budget to investigate fraud. It’s a joke. Medicare has been a fraud cash cow for years and it got far worse when home health care exploded.
It makes me angry to talk about it so I will stop now.
We have every right today to use less “civilized” measures to restore our country and demand proper leaders to replace the corrupt ones we have now. Every damn right. With all that they have done, and are doing to us, I am absolutely shocked that we haven’t seen it happen yet. The only reason I can come up with for the apathy is that people are actually afraid. But afraid of what??? Do we not have every right to make our voices heard, to gather together and protest on our public streets? To appoint leaders to help form rallies whereby we can get the news media and a larger following in order to get more people on board and give this out of control government something to think about at least? I don’t get it. Everyone makes comments about civil war and revolution but why would it have to come to that? Only because they sit on their rear ends and wait until the clock strikes midnight thats why.
WHEN are we going to start MARCHING on DC???? WHEN??
I am not here to march on DC, but I want to DownSize DC.
Remove their unconstitutional expansion of power.
Close entire Departments and move any worthwhile functions back to the States.
It is the only path out of this mess.

Of course the IRS does this! WE live in Bulgaria & they know that as we have to file w/ them each year. And..EVERY year they send us a form for the “additional child credit” in the mail. EVERY fricking year! Hey, we coulda got some of this cash doo!

A close retired family member of mine on Social Security got a phone call from Bank of America to confirm a $9000.00 tax refund on her social security number. The name of the recipient was latino. She of course told them she was retired and not expecting any tax refund.
They can be fined anyway. Why not prosecute all illegals, fine them, and levy back taxes against them? Failure to pay results in deportation.
Hispanic American Citizens are often targeted with illegals adopting their SSN. You would be surprised how many victims there are. I had met some that are livid about it and had NO USE for illegals. Not only that, but in some fields the illegal aliens are so numerous that the natives feel the competition from illegals who work cheaper, no questions asked.
Rubio is not “one of us” but “one of them”.
In the case of my family member the victim was not Hispanic American but I can understand why they would be targeted.
