Normally I give the 18-19 year olds boys a little more leeway when it comes to chasing the underage girls compared to a 50 year old man doing the same thing. (The boys should be horsewhipped by the girls dad as opposed to being locked up and labeled a sex offender). However this guy seems to have purposely been looking for young girls and saying he was a pedophile. So I say throw the book at him.
