Quarter-billion new rounds also slated for DHS
WND recently reported that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has purchased well over a billion rounds of ammunition over the past year.
The magnitude of the federal governments ammunition buildup has been making headlines over the last few weeks, as members of the military, police departments and consumers are finding shelves bare when they want to buy ammunition.
Alarms over the situation have developed just as the Obama administration is pushing hard on its agenda of gun control.
But the full impact may not yet have developed, as WND has uncovered plans by the FBI to spend up to $100 million over five years on millions of rounds for its machine guns and pistols.

There is enough money for Millions of bullets, and expensive vacations every month for the POTUS and FLOTUS separately, but not enough to guard the southern border? WTF? (Winning The Future)?
Check yer maths.
2 mil X 5 yrs = only 10 mil
20?
>$100 million over five years on millions of rounds
Must be WND math because even if they bought 1 billion rounds for 100 million bucks that would be 10 dollars per round. So, unless these are silver bullets, $10.00 per round is beyond belief.
The FBI has belt-fed machine guns? Who knew?
DING, DING, DING, We have a winner!
“”I have a couple of rounds on hand and can reload those if necessary.””
SHHHH!! Maybe they don’t know about this! Let’s not tell them.
Sometimes royal families don’t end up too good.
I thought about it for one second:
Your math is wrong.
The gun and ammo industry shouldn’t let the government corner the market on ammunition. They should only give the government what the people don’t need. It would be different if this were a time of war but it’s not. Sell to the people first, not the government.

FBI warning of possible idicators of suspicious behavior by potential terrorists:
What should I consider suspicious?
People or groups who:
■Provide identification that is inconsistent or suspect or demand identity privacy
■Insist on paying with cash or uses credit card(s) in different names
■Make suspicious comments regarding anti-US, radical theology, vague or cryptic warnings that suggests or appear to endorse the use of violence in support of a cause
■Demonstrate interest in uses that do not seem consistent with the intended use of the item being purchased
■Possess little knowledge of intended purchase items
■Make bulk purchases of items to include:
-Weatherproofed ammunition or match containers
-Meals Ready to Eat
-Night Vision Devices; night flashlights; gas masks
-High capacity magazines
-Bi-pods or tri-pods for rifles
Now if they’d just shoot and kill some bad guys it might justify the cost.
If J. Edgar were the head of the F.B.I. Obama wouldn’t have gotten through the primaries with Hillary. Actually, neither would she.
for crowd control
That’s right.
You know... zero said he was going to accomplish it under the table... Would buying up all the ammo effectively disarm the people?
Yep!
