Yeah, the part you left out:

I left that out because I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that you weren't including the teaching of a strong moral code against libertinism in those "minimal" laws. Is it in fact your proposal that laws should teach a strong moral code against libertinism? How would laws do that teaching?
