Speaking as a male, a balance has to be struck. Women by nature favor softer aand “easy” solutions to problems. Men by nature favor harder and stricter solutions. Blending the two makes things work. Like anything in life, sometimes soft is better than hard and vice versa. More women would tend to agree that simply giving something to someone who has problems is a good solution. More men would say that giving someone a fair shot is better than simply giving the thing. The teaching a man to fish paradigm.
What is the one of the greatest examples of mass murder in our day? Well, one of them is Mao's mass murder of tens of millions of his own citizens. But another is the ongoing infanticide of 60-70 million unborn. "Women's right to abortion." It is a deception and it isn't "gentle" or "soft." It is heartless and savage. Women have been deceived into this, whereas men, for the most part, go along with it.
So you could say men's leadership might deliberately cause pain and suffering more than that of women. But I think you could say that women's leadership (potentially) results in much unintentional pain and suffering becasue they're guided much more emotionally and are much more subject to believing a lie.
