Isn’t it possible that a person might suffer heart failure as a result of being tazed? Should letting a dog run off-leash conclude in a death sentence? This is unbelievable.

Sorry but offleash dogs are SCARY to people, especially of age. If there is a LEASH LAW...FOLLOW IT!! Idiots....and its always the PITBULL OWNERS or the BIG DOG OWNERS that donlt OBEY LEASH LAWS!!
