So he broke the law by not keeping his dog on a well made leash.

The girls/the owner caused the accident therefore the dog killing the seal. They had no business having a dog they cannot control, you know. My hubby was recently attacked by a pit bull. The dog just went bonkers and attacked him. The owner could not control the dog so it happened. This was the owners’ responsibility to maintain the dog.
Oh, not him..His wife just had a ship named after her.
His daughter will get special treatment or maybe even a Zoo named after her.
I had a gun I could not control. Crazy gun went off by itself a number of times.

Was this assault dog registered with the AKC? After all, it is equipped with a nasty demeanor and multiple teeth instead of the five round teeth normal dogs have?
