We’re optimists, and as tough as things are, as many skirmishes as we’ve lost, we haven’t lost this country to the left quite yet.

“Quite yet” huh?

We lost America when the doors to Communists, Marxists, Leftists, Fascists, Socialists, Liberals, Queers, Illegals, feminists, criminals and every other form of human vermin had the doors wide open for them to invade or infiltrate our government.

You can live in your little dream world where the good guy always wins but in this case, you are absolutely fooling yourself if you think things can turn around. We have entered the phase of “bread and circuses” and the head clown (Obama) is playing the Pied Piper’s flute.

IT IS TOO LATE! We (true Americans) have no other option than to actually physically fight to save our way of life and country as originally founded.

We have gone far past the point that “hot air” and words will fix anything. Physical action is the only solution.

Optimism is fine and biblical. However, can you name one leftist goal that has been reversed? Even when ERA failed to get the 38 needed states, liberals worked around that and accomplished their goals through federal and state legislation and a few state-ERAs. With the “conservative” leadership and voters we have, I can’t be optimistic.

There’s a significant difference between optimism and delusion. This piece falls into the latter category.

I have moments when something happens on the national scene that give me a brief glimmer of hope. And then it fades away.

As long as Obama and his party are running things, I really don’t think this country will survive as a free country. The land mass will survive, but the soul of the people has been corrupted and smashed.

I notice a depression in so many anymore. Our side seems to lack patriot leaders who are unafraid and bold enough to grab attention by standing up.

Most of us feel pretty sold out as we watch Obama and all those old, rooted, politicians who believe they always have to “so something” when most of the time “doing no harm” would be the cure.

I wish it wasn’t too late, but it most likely is.

Well then, we better get up off of our collective dead butts and start standing for something, rather than figuring out how quickly we can cave and become like Democrats!

The re-election of Obama with virtually no outcry or legal objection to such blatant and outright voter fraud was proof enough for me.

However, I don’t see this as defeatism, but rather as an acknowledgment of the biblical times we are living in.

We are THAT close. I believe Obama will be running this country during the tribulation.... or someone just like him.

RE :”Have We Lost America? Hell No!”

The House passed that Reid version of VAWA (the ‘war on men’ act) and sent it to Obama to sign. Its has new protections for illegals and lesbos in it.

The bills that reach his desk the next ~ 19 months will answer this question.

The day the Republicans help pass a bill to give illegals in this country the vote aka US citizenship will be the day its over,
we might as well all just register as Dems, or stop voting completely.

I paid $10 to put my name on the ballet for school board. Yes, it seems suicidal but can't win if we don't try. I am going to do a little campaigning and say I am for the children. I am going to represent the people that elect me the parents and the children, not the unions.

Yes, I am going to be vocal about the unions we will see where that gets me.

Every day makes it clearer that President 51% is the lamest of ducks. The only thing he’s squandering faster than money borrowed from the Chinese to subsidize his coalition of lazy government hacks and welfare bums is his political capital.

I love this paragraph! It says it all.

However, I have nothing at all against ducks, even the omnipresent obnoxious AFLAC duck! I think a comparison with Satan is much more appropriate, deserved and more fair to the ducks!

WEll I love an optimist but 2 billion rounds of ammo, 7,000 full auto assault rifles and 2717 armored trucks says freedom isn’t free and we may have quite a tussle on our hands between now and 2016.

Pessimism is a cop-out, an excuse to do nothing and wait for the end instead of figuratively fixing bayonets and charging head-long into the enemy.

One could say precisely the same thing about optimism.

I’m optimistic because God is in control, and ultimately, good will prevail over evil. That’s not to say that the ride won’t get extremely rough for a while, or that we shouldn’t prepare for really bad times, but it does mean we shouldn’t despair. I didn’t actually read the article, I’m just commenting on the general sentiments expressed on the comments.
