The article doesn't give the reason for the catch-limit (typical lame-stream "media" reporting), so I assume it's our government in their infinitely-limited wisdom. Won't others (foreigners) move into those fishing areas and catch all they want, especially if their own country's laws do not limit their catch, thus negating any "good" our idiotic "representatives" are attempting?
