It’s amazing how much of our behavior - especially the bad kind (or what God calls SIN) - we like to excuse with memes like “we were born with it” and “it’s all genetics” - truth is - it’s all a choice - we just don’t want to take responsibility for the results of said bad behavior - we prefer to play it easy and play the victim instead. Sad.
And it is true that exercising won’t completely counter the effects of the obesity genes, it will dramatically reduce their impact. If these individuals denied care were priced out of health insurance or paying out of pocket I guarantee the intractable health effects spilling over into society would virtually disappear overnight.
What evidence have you ever seen that a member a democrat constituency group ever left the party after getting jammed up by the politicians they elect? Blacks are getting creamed.
