Moslems were aligned with Hitler not due to anti-semitism, but rather because Hitler wanted to take back Germany's role as "friend of the Moslems" which it was from 1900 under the last Kaiser of the German Reich.
Also, post WWI, much of the Moslem world was under France or England and Germany was against these two.
