Scuse me? Didn't W Virginia vote Joe Mansion in? Did they vote Obama in 2012 after 9000 coal miners lost their jobs in 1 month?
Why would a company want to move there?
I think Texas, Ok, Miss, Ala, or some other red state would work better. Texas doesn't even have income tax.
