how can colorado ban an item which is legal in other states? and subject to interstate commerce?

I don’t think the law would have made it illegal for magpul to produce the mags they just couldn’t sell them in Colorado.

California does it. I have toys purchased in Idaho that can't be transported into CA. I have no desire to take any of my toys to CA either.
