Inbred? Pretty much. The population is a fraction what it was when the steel mills were still open and all they have now is Friday Night Lights football and the one or two tourists a decade who want to see the town where Dean Martin was born. The victim’s hesitancy to go through with prosecution is explained by the threats she’s now getting from these local sluts, who probably feel jealous she was the one their heroes chose to abuse. River rats.

Sounds like a good part of it is. They dragged this poor unconscious girl to multiple parties and not one single person stopped it or reported it. She only found out after people starting trading videos and making fun.
