The poor, innocent, virginal, pure girl in this case just has such bad luck doesn’t she?!
She’s a female and by definition not able to be accountable for her actions. Is that how it is? It’s a question that occurs to me as I have followed this case.
The girl is a disgrace to her family and her community. Tell me how she isn’t.
You’re a disgrace to your user name.
Was she drugged? Was she intoxicated? In either case a child was abused. The only disgrace I see is your response.
she is a 16 yr old, not a woman, or a lady.
She is an imbecile, yes, but please stop insinuating she was in pursuit of what occurred.
I always tell my (grown) daughters that as a woman you have to remain in control of yourself lest someone with bad intentions takes advantage.
However, just because you drink too much doesn't give ANYONE license to violate you. Any suggestion otherwise is BEYOND contempt and shows a severe lack of empathy (considering at one time or another, most of us have been this drunk).
We have a constitutional right, a fundamental right, to be secure in our persons...and anyone who violates THAT is the one who is "a disgrace to their family and community."
I HIGHLY doubt Reagan would have agreed with your opinion.
She was 16 freaking years old. For god’s sake, what is wrong with you?
So you believe a drunk person loses all rights?
